Job summary

DKMRBH Inc in Indiana is seeking a state-level EMAC Contractor to support the Logistics Section Chief in closing EMAC Reimbursement Packets. You will review packets for accuracy, coordinate with other states and agencies, and organize material for submission while providing routine status updates to leadership.

Responsibilities span pre-event planning, activation and deployment operations, and post-disaster closeout, requiring attention to detail, independent work, and solid computer and math

Qualifications

• Emergency Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with ability to coordinate with other states, agencies, and personnel.
• Good computer and math skills.
• Knowledge of the Emergency Management Assistance Compact process is preferred but can be taught with Just in Time Training.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week unless otherwise arranged.

Responsibilities

• Review reimbursement packets for accuracy and consistency across documents.
• Coordinate with other states, agencies, or personnel and provide routine status updates to leadership.
• Organize the packet for submission to the requesting state.
