This role involves collaborating across functions to improve manufacturability and reliability of EMAs. Candidates should hold a B.S. degree in engineering and have 5+ years of relevant experience. The position is dynamic and requires strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication to prepare business cases and coordinate strategies effectively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management or supply chain management.
• 2+ years of focused technical experience in EMAs design or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated knowledge in supply chain management in aerospace or defense.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategies for Electro-Mechanical Actuators.
• Contribute to design standardization proposals and document trade-offs.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions to implement commodity strategies.
