Qualifications

  • Accredited B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or related).
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management or supply chain management.
  • 2+ years of focused technical experience in the design or manufacturing of Electro-Mechanical Actuators (EMAs).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of strategies for EMAs to reduce part count and improve reliability.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify standardization opportunities.
  • Contribute to design standardization proposals.
  • Prepare business case analyses for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional sessions to implement EMA strategies.
  • Partner with teams to align design standards.
  • Track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Produce clear documentation and analyses.
