Job summary

A leading aerospace and defense company in Seattle is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer 3 to transform customer and system requirements into reliable electronic hardware designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing designs, and providing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Education through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study.
• ABET accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and system requirements to develop design specifications.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs.
• Validate designs through review, testing, and analysis.
• Support Supplier Management with technical services.
• Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
