Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in residency program leadership.
• Experience coordinating across multi-site training environments and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EM Residency Program, ensuring excellence in quality, outcomes, and compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and the educational environment to prepare residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership in emergency medicine across multiple sites.
• Recruit and support outstanding residents while fostering professional identity formation, mentorship, and career development.
• Advance the departmental mission through teaching, scholarship, faculty development, and high-quality clinical care.
