Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment seeks Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a high-volume ED within a large, integrated healthcare system. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, a collaborative environment, and a highly desirable schedule structure.

Clinicians will practice in a high-acuity ED with specialty support, flexible blocktime off each month, and options for full-time or part-time employment, with teaching opportunities for students and residents.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians with current licensure or eligibility to practice in the US.
• Experience in an emergency department setting is preferred or required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, high-acuity environment with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and emergent conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department development.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of trainees where applicable.
