The role provides the chance to practice in a high-acuity ED with robust specialty support, a multidisciplinary care model, and flexible scheduling including block time off

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in high-acuity, high-volume emergency departments.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with strong infrastructure.
• Wavorable scheduling with block time off each month.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and department development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
