Job summary

CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume emergency department within a large integrated healthcare system. Physicians will practice in a high-acuity ED with robust specialty support and a multidisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in a high-volume, high-acuity ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergent conditions.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination.
• Participate in shift-based scheduling with structured time off.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and support services to deliver efficient care.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers in fast-track and ED settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
