Job summary

COATING PLACE LLC is seeking a QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector for Verona, WI. The role supports Production with quality assurance, ensuring batch record and process compliance, and leading on-floor quality issues.

The position requires a High School diploma and 2–3 years of quality or cGMP manufacturing experience. Strong detail orientation and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry quality or cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) preferred.
• Ability to read, write (legibly), and speak English at a level necessary for efficient job performance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Works with Production personnel to ensure compliance of CPI practices, policies, and procedures.
• Performs routine inspections/audits on personnel, procedures, equipment, and products.
• Provides leadership to Production personnel on quality issues.
• Initiates deviations and documents initial investigations.
• Contributes to quality investigations and leads investigations when assigned.
• Initiates, maintains, and dispositions non-conformances.
• Assists in training of Production personnel in company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Follows CPI cGMP practices, policies, and procedures.
