Job summary

The Crossroads Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA offices. You will lead site design layout, road planning, grading, and stormwater management, coordinating approvals and permits across Pennsylvania.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree with 5–15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office; EIT/PE is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; EIT/PE preferred but not required.
• Experience range 5–15 years in civil project management or related roles.
• Must be able to work in Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office; strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design layout including road layout, grading, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate permitting and development approvals with municipal and county agencies.
• Manage projects from planning through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for a challenge?

If so, we want to meet you! The Crossroads Group, LLC is growing and has a current opening for CivilProject Managerat our Hamburg or Elysburg Locations (must live in or near Hamburg/Elysburg, PA). TCG’s Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG’s service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT or PEis preferred, but not required
• Applicant should have strong management skills.
• Flexibility in working individually and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)
• Work from our Hamburg or Elysburg, PA office.
• Experienced (5-15 years)
• Must be willing to achieve a high competency in the following engineering areas:
• Municipal and County Land Development permitting
• PennDOT design and requirement standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
