Qualifications

• Experience with ELL/LEP students in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories, reading instruction methodologies, and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' English language proficiency and reading abilities to identify learning needs.
• Develop and deliver instructional plans and interventions for language acquisition and literacy development for ELL/LEP students.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate language support strategies into curricula and provide professional development.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches based on data and feedback.
• Engage with families and community resources to support language development and home-school connections.
