The ELL/LEP/Reading specialist plays a critical role in supporting English Language Learners (ELL) and Limited English Proficient (LEP) students to achieve academic success through targeted reading instruction and language development. This position focuses on assessing students' language proficiency and literacy skills to design and implement effective instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning needs. The specialist collaborates closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters language acquisition and literacy growth. Minimum Qualifications:
