Job summary

Everestcharterschool seeks an ELL Specialist to develop and implement instructional strategies that boost language acquisition and academic performance for English learners. The role collaborates with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure ESOL program compliance and effective language support plans.

Required: Bachelor's in TESOL/ESL (Master's preferred), Florida ESOL certification, and at least 2 years’ experience working with ELLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL/ESL or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Florida ESOL certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with English language learners.
• Knowledge of second language acquisition and ESL/ELL best practices.
• Able to develop differentiated instruction and track student progress.
