Global Faculty Organization is seeking an ESOL Teacher (K-12) to design and deliver engaging instruction that supports English language development for diverse students. You will collaborate across grade levels and departments to foster academic and social growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Passion for supporting English learners and fostering cultural exchange.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on a J-1 visa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English language instruction to K-12 students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Align instruction with English Language Development standards and school goals.
• Assess and monitor students’ English proficiency to provide targeted support.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom that promotes cultural awareness and language confidence.
• Integrate technology and differentiated strategies to meet varied proficiency levels.
