Job summary

Hacienda Restaurants in Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team of amigos, and uphold food safety and guest experience standards.

You will manage shifts, supervise staff, handle POS and guest payments, and work with the General Manager to drive growth. Must obtain liquor license in Indiana and be 19+.

A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading department-level daily operations excellence for the assigned area of responsibility while supporting the broader operation as directed by the General Manager - including the selection, development and performance coaching of our amigos.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Regular and reliable attendance-45 hour work week with nights and weekends


• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time


• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds


• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana


• Must be at least 19 years of age


• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and proper personal hygiene


• Able to operate the POS system and handle Guests payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments


• Able to operate a computer


• Resolve Amigo conflict and Guest complaints


• Supervising daily shift operations


• Excellent communication skills
