Job summary

Carolina Core FC Youth is actively seeking dedicated Staff Coaches for the 2026-2027 competitive season to support Elite, Youth Club and Juniors Programs in the North Carolina Triad region. Coaches will develop players across technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects, plan dynamic training sessions, and prepare teams for matches with individualized development plans.

Ideal candidates possess coaching licenses (US Soccer D or higher) or a willingness to gain them, strong communication

Qualifications

• Coaching license or equivalent (US Soccer D or higher) and willingness to advance licenses.
• Proven coaching experience with a track record of success.
• Understanding of the youth soccer landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for developing young athletes and alignment with club values.
• Ability to collaborate with coaching staff, parents, and players.
• Must pass a background check and comply with policies.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop players in technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects.
• Plan, organize, and lead training sessions aligned with club philosophy.
• Prepare players for competitive matches with tactical and mental readiness.
• Conduct regular player assessments and create individualized development plans.
• Maintain open communication with players, parents, and leadership.

• Lead by example with professionalism and work ethic.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting talented players.
• Use video analysis and tools to aid training and recruitment.
