Job summary

We Make Footballers Raleigh Academy is seeking a passionate Head Coach to lead weekly youth sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The role requires delivering two 1-hour classes per session for ages 4–7 and 8–12, following the WMF curriculum in a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Proven soccer coaching experience with youth players (4–12)
• Ability to lead two age groups (4–7 and 8–12)
• Strong leadership and communication in a group setting
• Mentor and develop assistant coaches and players

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15–20 minutes before sessions to set up.
• Lead two one-hour classes per session for ages 4–7 and 8–12.
• Follow We Make Footballers curriculum while adapting activities.
• Provide clear instruction, feedback, and positive coaching.
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging sessions for all players.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians as needed.
• Disassemble equipment and leave training area clean after sessions.
