Working closely with the Head Coach, technical leadership, and performance staff, the Assistant Coach will help execute the club’s playing philosophy, develop players, prepare the team to compete, and create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Assistant Coach supports the execution of all first-team sporting operations, including training preparation and execution, tactical development, player evaluation, match preparation, and individual player growth. The Assistant Coach will work in close partnership with the Head Coach to implement the club’s playing model, maintain a high-performance training environment, and help players maximize their technical, tactical, physical, and professional development. Success in this role will be measured through contribution to team performance, player development, coaching collaboration, preparation standards, and alignment with Carolina Core FC’s values and long-term vision.
