The VIP Casino Host at Horseshoe Hammond manages relationships with 300-500 VIP players, directing account development and service while on property. The role blends in-person and phone sales to build lasting, growth-oriented relationships.

You will generate casino revenue by growing existing VIP accounts and prospecting new ones, coordinating with hotel, dining, and gaming teams to deliver upscale experiences.

Qualificações

• Able to work in loud and smoky environment.
• Able to work in warm/cold temperatures and/or weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around work area for entire shift.
• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Owns all aspects of strategic relationships with a VIP player group (300–500).
• Directs account development, relationship building and service on property.
• Generates casino revenue by developing existing VIP accounts and prospecting new ones, using marketing programs.
• Builds loyalty among VIP customers using upscale sales techniques.
• Maintains relationships with VIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person to maximize gaming revenue.
• Coordinates events and itineraries with hotel, dining and other property partners to ensure high-end service delivery.
• Handles guest needs including transportation and accommodation arrangements, both on and off-property.
• Works with Executive Host Team to deliver successful VIP events and campaigns.
• Demonstrates integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
