Job summary

Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering high levels of customer service. The role requires standing, driving various vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work area, following department policies, and providing helpful information about the hotel and city. Must be able to drive standard and manual transmissions; 18+ years old; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no DUI citations; high school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Minimum age requirement is 18.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles with care and caution.
• Provide courteous, sincere and enthusiastic service to guests and patrons.
• Open and close car doors for all guests; assist with luggage as needed.
• Write claim tickets for vehicles parked as per rules.
• Direct traffic and monitor driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
• Adhere to all policies of the Valet Parking Department.
• Recover items from guests' vehicles as needed.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities and the city.
