Trillium is seeking experienced, profitable traders to scale trading strategies in a sophisticated environment. The role requires a proven track record, a defined process, and strong risk discipline.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable profitability with at least $1 million in cumulative P&L.
• At least 2 years of active trading experience in US equities or options.
• Clear, repeatable trading process and disciplined risk management.
• Ability to clearly articulate trading strategies and decisions.
• Must excel in a competitive, adaptive, and resilient trading environment.

Responsabilités

• Actively trade US, Canada, and OTC equities, and US options.
• Manage risk by monitoring market conditions, adjusting strategies, sizing positions, and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain a disciplined trading process with regular review of trades and performance.
• Incorporate macro events and company news to inform trading decisions.
• Share market observations and trading ideas with other experienced traders.
