Joshua Tree Experts in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Tree Climber/Crew Leader to join a 2-4 person crew and support tree removal, pruning, and preservation. As a Tree Climber you will ensure safety, maintain equipment, and communicate with clients near the job site.

Paid training and opportunities for certification are provided to grow with the company. The role requires at least 2 years climbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to 40 hours per week in a full-time,

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of tree climbing experience.
• Physical ability to climb daily.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with crew leader and coworkers.
• Be available to work at least 40 hours per week.

• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.

Job description

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in Dallas, TX, is searching for an experienced Tree Climber/Crew Leader!

As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for Tree Crew. Climbers are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating effectively with crew. Climbers play a key role in communicating with clients and public near the job site.

What a Tree Climber Does

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectively to maintain professional image
