Job summary

The Bison Group is seeking a Tier 3 Network Operations Engineer in Millington, TN to design, implement, and support complex network solutions. You will document problems and solutions for varied technical audiences, coordinate with team members, and travel to other sites as needed for network operations and administration.

Qualifications

• Must hold IAT II and CCNA.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Network implementation and installation of technical projects within a site or locale.
• Facilitating engineering design data calls.
• Identify and recommend network changes that enhance operational efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and operations.
• Troubleshooting network failures and accessibility issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Develop network-related implementation and deployment documentation.
• Develop network designs that meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively.
• Lead research and testing of new or modified hardware or software products to determine performance and interoperability.
• Design and implement new solutions.
• Will require travel to other sites for network operations and administration activities.
• May require unpacking, moving network components of average weight and volume.
