AegisAI in the United States is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire exceptional builders across Engineering, GTM/Sales, and Operations.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, run hyper-personalized sourcing, partner with founders and leaders, and craft compelling pitches that clearly articulate our tech stack and mission. This role moves fast in a startup environment and demands high-velocity, detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience sourcing for technical and business roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with founders and leaders.
• Ability to move with startup speed and manage high-volume pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: drive pipelines from outbound reach to offers across Engineering, AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations.
• Hunt Top 1% Talent: run hyper-personalized sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, networks and unconventional channels.
• Partner directly with Founders & Leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring bars.
• Master the AegisAI pitch: articulate our stack, mission, and opportunity to candidates and sales leaders.
• Drive velocity: maintain high-touch candidate experiences and tight interview schedules to close faster.
• Build Talent Infrastructure: test sourcing approaches and refine evaluation processes with AI tools.
