Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
