Job summary

Ulta Beauty in New Jersey is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend services and products. The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look.

They support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards).

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and consult on hair care needs.
• Deliver hair services including design, cuts, color, styling and extensions.
• Recommend products and services to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and adherence to salon procedures.
• Support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to meet goals.
