Qualifications

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Proficiency with equipment and chemicals needed to perform technical work.
• Ability to demonstrate, recommend and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Developed communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service and retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and state guidelines.
