Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Paramus seeks an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality professional services with emphasis on the guest’s total look, supporting the Experience Manager and ASM while focusing on performance, people and process.

This role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Travel and flexible scheduling may be involved.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Experience in hair services and product knowledge expected.
• Able to deliver quality guest service with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Perform hair services (design, color, treatments) and related services.
• Drive sales and contribute to store goals through exceptional guest service.
• Attend trainings and maintain high standards of cleanliness and procedures.
• Build guest relationships and collaborate with team for a total-store experience.
