Job summary

You will support the Experience Manager and focus on performance, guest service, and compliance while delivering quality professional services and building lasting client relationships. A Cosmetology license is required and prior salon experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional hair services and contribute to guest look.
• Support Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with performance, guest service and procedures.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
