D1 Training - Mesa is seeking a motivated D1 Coach to foster a positive, high-energy environment for all athletes, from youth to adults. You will tailor workouts, coach group and personal sessions, and emphasize technique, safety, and accountability.

You'll engage in sports-specific training, nutrition guidance, and performance programming, with opportunities for advancement within a dynamic, growth-focused company. A passion for helping athletes reach their goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
