Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking an Elite Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with Division I–level athletes, delivering individualized training that pushes performance and fitness to the highest level.

Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience, CSCS credential, and a Bachelor’s in exercise science or related field; a Master’s is preferred. The company offers outstanding compensation, best-in-industry benefits, and an equity ownership path within 48 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience working with Division I college athletes or professional sports.
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
