Job summary

Vigilint seeks a Rescue Specialist to support austere medical operations on a ~60-days on / ~60-days off schedule, with rotations for Rotary and Fixed Wing missions. The role involves trauma stabilization, enroute care, CASEVAC, and leadership within a small medical team.

Candidates should have extensive paramedic experience, SOCM/SFMS credentials, NREMT-P, and clearance eligibility. Willingness to deploy to international locations and to train others is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paramedic experience
• SOCM/SFMS: SOCM/SFMS MOS 18-D or equivalent
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
• Willingness to deploy internationally to OCONUS locations
• Current ACLS/PALS/BLS, PHTLS; TCCC encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide initial combat trauma stabilization and enroute trauma care
• Perform CASEVAC to definitive care
• Document care and maintain medical records per Vigilint policies
• Lead or support team in austere environments
• Administer medications and manage airways
• Provide medical training as needed
