Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Nurse Case Manager/Case Manager at Fort Bragg, NC. This role provides a full range of nursing principles and case management to DoD beneficiaries, with relocation offered. Responsibilities include data collection, risk-based planning, discharge coordination, and collaboration across care teams to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a clearance, active RN license, and at least two years of nursing or case management

Qualifications

• RN license with full, active, and unrestricted status in any US state or territory.
• Minimum two years of nursing or case management experience.
• Must be able to obtain US Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience applying DoD clinical practice guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, record, and communicate health data to develop time‑sensitive treatment plans.
• Assess patients via telephone using established protocols to provide cost-effective care.
• Oversee discharge-planning to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
• Support health care finders to identify referrals to providers or facilities.
• Negotiate and administer care-related agreements to meet goals.
• Maintain credentialing and practice privileges as required.
