Job summary

The Biltmore Hotel in Miami is seeking a Spa Massage Therapist to perform massage and body treatments while upholding the hotel's standards. You will escort guests, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with guest requests in a courteous, efficient manner.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a spa role, high school diploma, and strong English communication. You will also participate in staff meetings and collaborate with other spa departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in similar position in Spa industry.
• Must have knowledge of general modalities and Spa products.

Responsibilities

• Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner and in accordance with Biltmore Standards and Protocols as well as Leading Hotel Standards.
• Escort clients to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs throughout Spa visit.
• Maintain/Respect treatment rooms, equipment, products.
• Assist in providing information to inquiries and coordinate guest requests for services.
• Promote and sell Spa retail products.
• Attend all quarterly staff meetings.
• Commit to a six month set schedule as discussed with manager upon hiring.
• Support other spa departments to assure guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
