Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology or related field (Master’s preferred), two years of strength coaching, certifications (NSCA-CSCS/NASM) preferred, CPR/AED/First Aid, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of personal training or strength coaching experience; certification preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required; NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve the club's integrated high-performance philosophy.
• Develop systems that maximize player health, readiness, resilience, and performance across the season.
• Align performance methodology with the club's soccer philosophy and competitive objectives.
• Oversee strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, conditioning, and movement quality programs.
• Monitor workload, fatigue, recovery, and readiness using objective and subjective measures.
• Utilize GPS, wearable tech, force plate testing, wellness questionnaires and other tools to evaluate player performance.
