Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 1-3 years coaching and recruiting experience or extensive high school coaching experience.
• Current coaching certifications or willingness to acquire certifications.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit student athletes and administer the sports program.
• Assist with retaining student athletes for their educational commitment.
• Spend ~75% of time on coaching/teaching; ~25% on recruitment and travel.
• Support Athletic Department with events, fundraising, administrative duties, and general recruitment/retention activities.
