Qualified candidates should have at least a high school diploma, with a preferred bachelor's degree and relevant coaching experience. You will need to demonstrate effective coaching techniques and be available for practices and games.

Qualifications

• Experience with competitive playing or coaching, preferably at the college level.
• Possession of coaching experience at the high school level or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in coaching and organizing the team.
• Identify potential student-athletes and participate in recruitment activities.
• Work with academic advisors to support student-athlete success.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
