Job summary

Red Bull New York is seeking a dedicated strength and conditioning professional to lead training for academy players aged 13-15. You will design and deliver innovative, data-informed programming to optimize athletic development, movement quality, and long-term progression in collaboration with technical and medical staff.

The role requires CSCS certification, a degree in Exercise Science, and strong communication with players and staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
CSCS Certification.
CPR Certification.
Interest and knowledge of soccer.
Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead strength and conditioning coaching of assigned players in alignment with academy Athletic Development Framework.
Develop and lead on-field movement program including speed, agility and change of direction fundamentals.
Manage and implement physical testing protocols for assigned age groups, in line with the academy testing structure.
Collect, analyze and provide feedback on growth and maturation data with relevant age groups.
Monitor training loads and performance metrics; provide feedback to staff and players.
Stay current with research in athletic development to apply best practices.
