Job summary

The h.wood Group is seeking experienced Server Assistants for Lady Delilah, opening this Fall. You will provide immaculate guest service, assist servers, and help maintain a luxe dining atmosphere in a high-end, fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and availability for open shifts. NY eligibility and a valid NY Food Handlers card are required.

Qualifications

• NY Certified Food Handlers card required.
• 21+ years of age required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customer and team needs with urgency.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and equipment.
• Wipe down booths, move tables and chairs, and clean floors.
• Keep the back of the restaurant clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory and condition of supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with management and service staff about guest needs and incidents.
• Clean spills immediately and report hazards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
