Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an Elite Network Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot complex multi-tenant networks for diverse business clients. You will solve outages, enhance security, and align architectures with client SLAs across vendors like Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.

This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, rapid problem-solving, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in MSP environments and cloud networking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years in a Network Engineer role, MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and deploys scalable LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-network architectures for client needs.
• Supports, monitors, and optimizes client networks across vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Acts as Tier 2/3 escalation for outages, routing issues, and security events.
• Uses MSP software to monitor, track SLAs and automate tasks.
• Conducts network discovery for prospective clients and creates remediation roadmaps.
• Communicates technical concepts clearly to clients and interfaces with ISPs/vendors.
