Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Job Description

As a Elite Security Officer Part Time in Midland, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while demonstrating Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
