Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Security Agent to deliver concierge-level security at client locations and events. You will deescalate incidents, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports while upholding Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, CCTV, alarms, and supporting emergency response and crisis planning. Travel to client sites may be required; extensive communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with security or law enforcement experience.
• Michigan Concealed Pistol License and/or HR218/LEOSA required.
• Customer service and investigations experience.
• Access control systems, CCTV and alarm monitoring experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals.
• Write detailed incident reports and investigations.
• Oversee campus access controls, CCTV, and alarms as assigned.
• Provide response services for emergencies and crisis planning.
• Transport clients to/from locations as needed.
• Identify and address equipment deficiencies.
