Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Radar and RF Systems Engineers for a newly awarded DoD program in Linthicum, MD. You will work on development and fielding of RF sensor subsystems and engage with customers to balance requirements.

This role requires advanced degrees with significant RF modeling experience using MATLAB, Python, or C/C++. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and firmware teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelors degree in STEM with 5+ years, Masters with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year in relevant fields; 4 years may substitute.
• Experience in RF applications and in developing/applying models in MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++.
• Experience in tracking and algorithm development.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and field radar and RF subsystems.
• Engage with customers to balance functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate on Algorithm Development for system functionality and efficiency.
• Perform Performance Analysis to assess capabilities.
• Execute Data Analysis to derive insights for decision-making.
• Work with hardware, software, and firmware engineers across disciplines.
