Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead at our Tanger Outlets Foley store. You will embody the Pandora brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support managers and sales associates to drive KPIs.

You will connect with fans, train teammates, and champion product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in high‑performance selling, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management and prioritization.
• Proficient with basic computer software and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
