The role requires a results-oriented seller with 2+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach others. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with customers.
• Capable of coaching and inspiring the sales team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
