Job summary

Pandora in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to embody the Pandora Fan and drive exceptional in-store experiences. You will support store managers and sales associates, exceed sales goals, and build lasting connections with customers through product knowledge and genuine service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in high‑performance selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities
