Job summary

The RN II will provide high-quality patient care, monitor complex patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 3-5 years of patient care experience as an RN.
• Current RN license (OK or multi-state compact).
• BLS/CPR certification upon hire.
• Specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with OU Health values and nursing practice standards.
• Assumes responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients.
• Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and treatments.
• Assists physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitors and intervenes with physiological data and IV infusions.
• Delivers patient care and supports a collaborative team.
• Communicates care plans to patient and family during discharge.
