Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive dining service in our on-site restaurant. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area according to hotel standards.

Applicants should have strong guest relations, F&B experience, and familiarity with POS and PMS tools. A High School diploma is required; TIPS/Care certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; English proficiency.
• Liquor/wine service certification preferred; TIPS or CARE certification required or obtainable by first day.

Responsibilities

• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Take orders and input into POS/kitchen systems; prepare checks.
• Present menus and answer questions; make wine or menu recommendations.
• Collect payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages and assist in food service as needed.
• Maintain dining area and assist host with seating and reservations.
