Qualifications

• 3 years of bartending experience in high-volume restaurants.
• RBS unexpired certification is required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, wine and drink merchandising.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers’ ages.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payments.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare deposits.
