The ideal candidate has previous barista experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn new recipes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
• Engage with customers, take orders and provide recommendations.
• Create latte art and ensure drinks are presented well.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness.
• Upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
